The Sunshine Coast hides a lot of country behind the beach. Cooloola starts north of Noosa and runs all the way to Rainbow Beach. Conondale and the hinterland sit a half-hour inland. The Glasshouse Mountains are out the back of Beerwah. The OPUS range is built for that mix — beach pitches one weekend, rainforest the next.
Sand-driving is half the local sport. Off-road tyres, heavy-duty independent coil-spring suspension and a galvanised chassis handle Teewah, Double Island Point and the ferry over to K'gari without breaking a sweat. Air Beam sets the tent up in minutes, which matters when the tide window's tight.
