Ballarat sits at the edge of some of Victoria's best off-road country. Box-ironbark forests in every direction, the Pyrenees, the goldfields tracks that follow the old water-race lines. The OP4 is the most popular pick around Ballarat — six sleeps, slide-out kitchen and enough storage for The Grampians for a fortnight. Couples and weekenders gravitate to the OP2 for the lighter tow weight. Both run the Air Beam tent so you're set up in minutes when the sun's dropping behind Mount Cole.
That's how most of them get used. Standard solar input, a 100L+ water tank, optional second battery and an outdoor kitchen mean you can sit at a free camp at Mount Cole for a week without finding a powered site.
Galvanised chassis, heavy-duty coil-spring independent suspension, dual shocks per side, off-road tyres on the LITE/OP2/OP4. The campers are tested on real Aussie corrugations, not just civil roads.
